Ive just bought this because of the video feature, just to see that this doesnt work. Ive selected video mode, then touched the screen and it apparently started to record (video icon blinking); to my surprise, when I clicked again (to stop recording) the shutter animation appeared and then it stayed that way... I had to press the home button to quit. I checked my picture folder and there was, as expected, no video. Ive tried numerous times, with other configurations (such as custom backrounds) with no luck, even reinstalled the whole app. This is not working on my Iphone 3GS (OS 4.0). Worst 1.99 USD Ive ever spent. I would like a refund.

Remove the bottom toolbar too. When that happens, 5 star....now 2.

Dear Sebastian, You have created a good app but a few flaws have prevented it from being 5 star. 1- completely disabling the toolbar (camera, settings icon) to access the settings we could just tap an invisible settings button in the same location. 2- the application needs to force mute on start. Id hate to forget or mistakenly reactivate the noise switch. 3- as mentioned before the camera area is much smaller on the iPhone 4 please make the camera viewing area full sized. Please updated your awesome app XD

Once I figured out a work around to make the toolbar invisible this app is worth it now.

There are allot of thoughtful features which need some extra work to make this a 5 star app. This is my list of needed fixes and updates. The biggest omission first, retina display support for both the app and app icon. Second, adding the ability to completely hide the little video and settings icons while in stealth mode. If you know settings are located on the bottom right, that should be fine enough to tap that area to access it without the visual cue. Third, being able to set the default startup capture method in the settings would be nice so there would be no need to see the shutter animation when switching between camera, timed and video recording features. This app is a good start, but for the price, there are far better deals in all categories in the app store, many of which now have retina display support.

Prior to the newest update this was a five star app. It worked as advertised. However as described in other reviews, no longer does the video shoot in hd mode. Video quality is horrible and basically unusable. Also crashes are fairly common now. When it doesnt crash, photo taking does work well. If they fix the above dont hesitate to buy.

No mute function. Works terrible with ios5

First Id like to say that the guy who is complaining about this not having a mute function probably doesnt know how to mute his phone. I saved the picture as my home screen, muted my phone, and removed the bottom toolbar. This app works just as imagined.

Ill explain, 1 star for camouflage and another star for easy picture taking. If u want the other 3 stars u need iPhone 4S capability, you ned HDR option, and 1080p video support, cuz at the moment the video is realllly bad..

I just updated the app and now there is no sound while recording video.

Loved the older version ❤ loved that you could pick a pic for your background I put a pic of my app and no one knew I was taking pics they thug I was looking at my app Disappointed

Went from a great app horrible with the latest update. Please bring back the old version! The update ruined it!!!

The previous version was great. The rewritten version is not worth it. In the previous version you could use your own photo, such as a screen shot of the iphone home page which is a great camouflage, also the feedback on how many images are in the queue was perfect. Now all of that is gone. I urge the developer to bring those features back. In its current version is is less than 1 star rating. In the previous version i would give it 4 or 5. I would NOT buy version 2. It is frustrating and took away all the great features.

You used to be able to use your own photo as the cover, but not anymore. Bring back that feature, and youll go from one star to five!! The old version was SO much better!!!!

Crashes when I try to use the custom image option. Bring back the original!!!!!!!!!!
